While working on this assignment we are required to evaluate the ethic dilemma in this case. Albert is a CPA in this case, and many factors will need to be evaluated. While evaluating we will describe the dilemma, what events led to the dilemma, and a possible solution.
The stakeholder involved would be the loan officer for the bank. The other stakeholder I believe would be the Ms. Wilson. This case has several dilemmas that are involved that affect each stakeholder. By Mr. Gable being a CPA the Wilson’s came to him to prepare a financial plan.
